Pet Portrait Customer Appreciation Events

Give your customers a portrait capturing the fleeting moments with their pets.

Our pets take up an enormous place in our lives, and our time with them is always too short. Imagine handing one of your customers a beautiful portrait of their dog, framed and ready to hang in their living room for the next twenty years.

Every time they walk past it, they will remember you.

Customer appreciation your customers actually appreciate

Most appreciation efforts are quickly forgotten. A portrait of a family pet stays in the house, and so does the memory of who made it possible.

Become the business they remember

A portrait on the wall outlasts every mailer, magnet, and discount code you will ever send.

Turnkey from start to finish

You can be as involved as you like. Some owners want to greet every guest personally. Others give us a date and a corner of the lobby and go back to work.

Choosing the portrait

Your customers pick the one they love

A few days after the event, each customer gets access to their images online and chooses their favorite. That 5x7 is complimentary as part of your event.

Additional prints and images are available if a customer wants them, with no pressure and no obligation. We ask guests to make their complimentary selection within about two weeks so portraits can be produced and delivered together.

My bank brought this in for customers, and I loved it. I'm seriously never switching banks now.

Dentist Office

J.R. Owen & Company

Jeff and Rachel Owen

Jeff and Rachel Owen have spent more than two decades making portraits. Most of them with animals or children who have no interest in sitting still.

We are dog people! Our experience is what makes short appointments work. We know how to read nervous, excited, and easily distracted dogs quickly, helping us capture great expressions without the session ever feeling rushed.

We understand how fleeting a pet’s life is. Every animal who comes in front of our camera is treated with the same care and respect we give our own.

Slow season strategy

A good reason to reach out when things are quiet

Every business has a stretch of the calendar where the phone slows down. A seasonal portrait event gives you something worth calling customers about, and it fills the lobby with people who are glad to be there. Book a spring event in your quiet month and a holiday event in December, and you have two warm conversations with every customer on your list.
